and then increase until you reach 10 drops twice daily
You can use the ROOT Clean Spirit drops:
- Place under the tongue and leave in the mouth for about 1 minute and then swallow
- You can swallow the drops immediately, or
- If you don't like the taste because Clean Slate tastes salty, you can drop the drops into a glass of still water, stir and drink.
